Today is National Candy Day and I'm excited to share a recipe that may have missed you the first time around. Bourbon caramels. I'll say that again: Homemade. Bourbon. Caramels. Dear Ilise embarked on that quest a couple years ago, going through several rounds of trial and error before ending up with the perfect version of this AWESOME confection.
